Ludmila Kazinkina TRASPARENZA installazione artistica
The characters in Ludimilla Kazinkina’s work are figures trapped in a timeless space: with empty limbs and an enlarged head, they are a representation of the contemporary man exposed to a continuous flux of news and images, that is starting to clot on the skin of the painting. Kazinkina was born in Kaluga, where she attended the local Art School. After moving to Moscow and, later, to Spoleto, in 2003 she arrives in Parma, where she currently lives and works. She has had solo exhibitions and has participated in major group shows including the 54th Venice Biennale (Italian Pavilion) and Art Brescia – International Biennial of Contemporary Art.
