Alessandro Berti
Alessandro Berti was born in Reggio Emilia. After the Genoa Theater School he founded L'Impasto, with Michela Lucenti. For the company he writes and directs Skankrer (1996), Land of butter (1997), Anonymous triumph (1999), L'agenda in Seattle (2000), The district (2002). In the 2005 he wins the Gherardi prize with his Teatro in versi. Dal 2006 begins research on the relationship between theater and mysticism, which leads to the staging of Abandonment to Divine Providence (2009), Spiritual combat in front of an Ikea kitchen (2011, I Teatri Del Sacro Award), Maestro Eckhart (2013), A Christian (2014).
