Antonia Baehr è una coreografa e una film-maker. Quello che la caratterizza è una metodologia di lavoro non disciplinare, di collaborazione con persone differenti tramite l’uso di una struttura a ruoli commutativi: ognuno è alternativamente regista, autore e performer per gli altri.
Si è laureata in Film- and Media Arts presso la Hochschule der Künste Berlin con Valie Export (1996) e ha concluso il suo Master in Performance con Lin Hixson presso la School of The Art Institute di Chicago. Dal 2000 vive a Berlino. Dal 2006 al 2008 è stata artista associata in residenza presso il "Les Laboratoires d’Aubervilliers" (Francia).
I suoi lavori coreografici includono: "Holding hands" (2000), "Un après-midi" (2003), "Cat Calendar" con Antonija Livingstone (2004), "Larry Peacock" coprodotto da Andrea Neumann e Sabine Ercklentz (2005), "Merci" (2006), "Rire / Laugh / Lachen" (2008), "Over The Shoulder" (2009) e "For Faces" (2010), creati in Germania, Francia and Belgio e presentati in tutto il mondo. Antonia Baehr lavora con Lindy Annis, Valérie Castan, Sabine Ercklentz, Andrea Neumann, Anne Quirynen e William Wheeler. E’ la produttrice di Werner Hirsch, Henri Fleur, Henry Wilt e Henry Wilde.

Antonia Baehr is a choreographer and film-maker. What characterizes her is a non-disciplinary work and a method of collaboration with different people, using a game-structure with switching roles: each person is alternately director / author and performer for the other one.
She graduated in Film- and Media Arts at the Hochschule der Künste Berlin with Valie Export (1996) and completed her Master in Performance with Lin Hixson at the School of The Art Institute of Chicago. Since 2000 she is based in Berlin. From 2006 until 2008 she was associate artist in residence at "Les Laboratoires d’Aubervilliers" in France.

She is the producer of the horse whisperer, dancer and film-maker Werner Hirsch, the musician and choreographer Henri Fleur, the composer Henry Wilt and the house-husband Henry Wilde.
